Early Recognition (1978-1997)
- Multiple wins for Highest Improvement/Achievement in Diesel KMPL across consecutive years (1978-79 through 1993-94)
- Consistent Improvement Diesel KMPL special award in 1996-97
Recent Achievements (2013-2022)
- Highest KMPL in Fuel Efficiency (5.42) for 2013-14 among STUs operating Mofussil Services, for a fourth consecutive year
- Platinum SKOCH Award 2019 for in-house body building and Command and Control Center
- Kaushalacharya award for recruiting the highest number of apprentices over four years
- World Record India for Maximum Online Passenger Travel Campaign (2021-22)
